Thank you for visiting our Menlo-Atherton Academy Site for Mentors.  We hope that you will find information here that will better help you understand the program and our goals.  Please click each of the pages above to find corresponding information.  

COVID-19 Safety Precautions

COVID-19 is still with us and so we are proceeding with caution. 
Here are the adjustments we are making in order to keep everyone healthy:
  • Masks are optional but strongly recommended
  • Social Distancing: Tables will be set up with a maximum of three mentors per table (6 people total)..
  • PAC Cafe: The glass doors slide open and will be open for the duration of the event. Please bring a jacket:) 
  • Outside Seating: Tables will be set up outside in order to maximize our space and offer indoor/outdoor seating options
  • Food/Coffee: We will set up four food/coffee locations. Please visit the area closest to your table.

Please find mentor guides from past sessions attached below. I am still making adjustments but I will have updated copies available at the first meeting on September 30th.

If you have any comments, suggestions or feedback on the attached packet, I would love to hear from you.  I will also be working on more specific activities for each mentor session with concrete objectives.  These activities will be distributed by email to all volunteers before each of our 4 scheduled meetings.
